What is microblading?

Microblading is a cosmetic tattoo that lasts anywhere from 1-3 years. A trained technician will match ink to your existing brow color, natural hair color and skin tone. Using a multi-point mapping process based on your features, the outline of your new eyebrows is designed in perfect symmetry with the shape of your face and eyes.  Then your brows are filled in one stroke at a time, in order to replicate the look of individual hairs.

The process is performed in two sessions:

Initial session - your brows will be designed and you will leave with a whole new look.

Perfecting session - this is a complimentary followup session after about 8-10 weeks to make sure you are happy with your look and to make any minor adjustments to the shape or color.

Does microblading hurt?

Your microblading technician will numb the skin around your brows with lidocaine, a topical pain relieving agent.  Most clients tolerate the process extremely well.  I have had a few clients fall asleep during the process and say it’s very relaxing. 

How long do they take to heal?

Like with any tattoo, there is a healing process and some dos and don'ts for the days that follow.  I will send you home with clear instructions on what to do and how to care for them.

Can I wax my brows if I had microblading done?

Once your brows are fully healed, you can resume your regular brow waxing routine.
